Please, be careful when placing an order. To send the parcel correctly, please supply the shipping address in English. If you still specified an address in a non-English language, we will try to contact you to clarify it. If we can not clarify your address in English, we will send the parcel to the address specified by you, but in this case the responsibility for not receiving the goods remains entirely on the buyer.
This is not our demand, it is a requirement of international carriers that use English as the universal language of international transportation.
All packages have the tracking number provided when your item has been sent. If you’ve just been sent the number, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the postal system to reflect the status. Do understand that because it is our port of departure deals with consistently high volumes of traffic in terms of out-going packages, there may sometimes be a delay in your tracking number being updated in the system. However, please rest assured that once you are issued a tracking number, it means that our shipper has already collected the package and it on the way.
If, for some reason, the tracking does not work after 5 to 7 business days or more, please contact us on Instagram Message and we will update the information for you.
Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
– Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
– Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
– A product is currently out of stock.
– An order which requires customization.
– An order is shipped to remote country.

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
-Weight limit per package. In order to provide Free Worldwide Shipping and ensure that you receive your order at earliest, we use time and cost efficient ways of delivery.
– An item may be slightly back-ordered, and shipped a later than the rest of the items in an order.
– Because we are serviced by different warehouses, an order with multiple items may be shipped from the different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between the warehouses.
